Ranta Barrandov I is the first phase of YIT's residential project in Prague, Czech Republic. Ranta Barrandov I is located on Wassermannova Street in Prague's district Barrandov.

Ranta Barrandov I includes approximately 140 apartments and it was completed in late 2020.

Green City I is located in Stirnu Street, Riga, Latvia.

The construction of the project was started in April 2018 and it was completed in the last quarter of 2019. The project comprises of 100 apartments.

Stein2 is an area development project with YIT developed in 3 phases in Bratislava, Slovakia. Stein2 area project is located in historical part of the city, near the landmark Evangelical Church.

The project was constructed in 3 phases as a part of the Stein2 area development project.

The construction of the phase 3 was started in summer 2017 and it was completed in the third quarter of 2018. The construction of the phases 4 and 5 were completed in spring 2019. The phases comprise of approximately 180 apartments in total.

Koru Vinohradska is located close by the city center, 15 minutes by tram. Nearby is the city ring road and the railway station Praha-Strašnice.

The construction of the project was started in October 2017 and it was completed in summer 2019. The project comprises of approximately 60 apartments.

Nuppu III is the third phase of YIT's largest area development in Bratislava, Slovakia. Nuppu area project is located in Ruzinov district within walking distance from the city's business district and 10 minutes (3 km)  from the city center.

The project completed in 2019 comprises of 106 apartments. The whole Nuppu area project consists of approximately 1 000 apartments constructed in 10 phases. The value of the phase is over EUR 13 million.

Suomi III is the third phase of YIT's largest area project in Prague, the Czech Republic. Suomi area project is located in Hloubetin district, Prague 9, one of the fastest developing parts of the city with good public transport connections, green areas and versatile services.

Suomi III includes 106 apartments and it was completed in 2018. The whole Suomi area project consist of over 800 apartments in 23 buildings.

Vibu VI is the sixth and last phase of YIT's area project in Tallinn, Estonia. Vibu area project is located in Kalamaja district next to Lennusadam (Seaplane Harbour) within walking distance (1 km) from the old town and 2 km from the passenger port.

In the project, 53 apartments and underground parking were built. The project was completed in 2018. In total, YIT has built already approximately 300 apartments in the area.

Nuppu II is the second phase of YIT's largest area project in Bratislava, Slovakia. Nuppu area project is located in Ruzinov district within walking distance from the city's business district and just 10 minutes (3 km) from the city center.

Nuppu II includes 106 apartments and it was completed in autumn 2018. The whole Nuppu area project consists of approximately 1 000 apartments constructed in 10 phases.

Tammi V is the fifth and last phase of YIT's area project in Bratislava, Slovakia. Tammi area project is located in Dúbravka, 8 km from Bratislava city center. In the neighborhood, there are various sports and playgrounds, skating rinks, tennis courts and recreational areas.

Tammi V includes 148 apartments and it was completed in summer 2019. The whole Tammi area project consists of nearly 500 apartments constructed in five phases.

Raitininku I is the first phase of YIT's residential project in Vilnius, Lithuania. Raitininku is located nearby Neris river, only 10 minutes (1 km) walking distance from the city center and old town.

Raitininku I includes 102 apartments and it was completed in summer 2019. The Raitininku project was constructed in two phases.
