Who we are

Vicus Capital Advisors has advised institutional investors, family offices and corporates on real estate investment, fund structuring and capital raising since 2005, and has placed Finnish capital in investment structures both in Finland and abroad. The company is an alternative investment fund manager registered with Finland's Financial Supervisory Authority.

In 2026 the firm brought together a partner group with complementary backgrounds in investment management, fund management, property development and investment banking, and concentrated its activities on three business areas: investment management and advisory, managing real estate equity funds and joint ventures, and real estate development.

We are deliberately small. Our clients deal directly with the partners who underwrite, structure and manage their investments. That gives us the agility to act on opportunities larger platforms tend to overlook, and the accountability institutional capital expects.

Discipline

We underwrite conservatively, price risk explicitly and decline more opportunities than we pursue.

Alignment

Our interests are aligned with our investors: our fees are structured so that we earn when they do. Institutional governance and reporting, whatever the size of the vehicle or the mandate.

Execution

The same partners stay accountable from sourcing to exit. No hand-offs between our clients and the people doing the work.

Responsibility

Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct sets out our environmental, social and governance norms and responsibilities, and it applies to our cooperation partners as well. We take care of our clients' interests, promote the Principles for Responsible Investment, have zero tolerance for bribery, corruption and money laundering, respect privacy and confidential information, identify and prevent conflicts of interest, and commit to fair dealing and open communication.

Article 3: Vicus Capital Advisors does not have in place policies on the integration of sustainability risks in its investment decision-making process.

Article 4: Vicus Capital Advisors does not consider adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors.

The investment periods of the funds currently managed by Vicus Capital Advisors have expired and these funds do not make new investments. For any future funds managed by Vicus Capital Advisors, policies on the integration of sustainability risk in the investment decision-making process will be established and the adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors will be considered.
