VCA Baltic Retail Fund LP, established in 2010, invested in retail development projects in the Baltic States. The fund made its investments during 2010 - 2012 and divested its holdings in 2013 - 2014. The fund yielded a post-fee annual return of 37 % to its investors.

In Riga, Latvia, VCA Baltic Retail Fund
had a shopping centre constructed for the Latvian Prisma chain,
subsidiary of the Finnish SOK. The area of the shopping centre is
approximately 11 600 square meters. SIA Castor Construction acted as the
constructor. The shopping centre was opened in October 2012. The Fund
sold the property to an international real estate investment fund in May
2013.

In Tartu, Estonia, VCA Baltic Retail
Fund had a shopping centre constructed for the Estonian Prisma
hypermarket chain, subsidiary of the Finnish SOK. The area of the
shopping centre is more than 13 000 square meters. AS Oma Ehitaja acted
as the constructor. The shopping centre was opened in May 2012. The Fund
sold the property to a Finnish real estate investment fund in June
2014.
