YCE Housing I fund, managed by Vicus Capital Advisors, has completed its third investment. The fund invested in the residential development project Nuppu II in Bratislava, Slovakia. In the project, 106 apartments will be constructed near the city center and central business district. The construction will start in the spring and the project will be completed in the autumn 2018.
Incorporated at the end of 2016, the fund now has invested in residential development projects in Tallinn, Estonia and Prague, the Czech Republic, and Bratislava. Upon the start of Nuppu II project, the fund will have more than 260 apartments under construction. YCE Housing I has an investment capacity of approx. 100 million euros and it aims at developing approx. 1 000 new apartments within the next few years.
