VCA Baltic Retail Fund divests a hypermarket in Tartu

VCA Baltic Retail Fund has divested a hypermarket property in Tartu to the Russian and Baltics Retail Properties, a real estate investment fund managed by SOK Fund Management. The property with a GLA of 13,700 sqm was developed by the fund in 2010–2012 for Prisma Peremarket, a subsidiary of the leading Finnish retail group S Group.

The divested hypermarket was the last property in the fund’s portfolio. VCA Baltic Retail Fund LP was established in 2010 with the purpose to invest in retail development projects in the Baltic States. The fund yielded a post-fee annual return of 37 % to its investors.
